Returns
• Eligibility: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return Process:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Wholesale@bastiongoodscorp.com to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Return Label: We will send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
3. Ship Back: Pack your item securely and attach the return label. Drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
